Is my agent lazy by not previewing the properties he is showing meOrIs it as I suspect - all of these agents want to meet me in person to convince me to list with them, which is almost always the goal of every agent I've spoken to since I listed this FSBO.Do you literally preview every property that comes on the market so you're familiar with it when you show it to your buyers? 

It was initiated because the new young CPA assigned to my return made a subtle, lazy, stupid mistake in recording a carry forward loss.

Weekend afternoons or weekday evenings work most of the time.I am new to Morgantown and looking to invest locally.  

This is why my results are so off the charts.But yeah, can you imagine how frustrated I get when I see some lazy butt wanna be wholesaler complain and nag saying crap like "I want to go to the MLS and find deals, but  it is so hard".BOIIII!!!

They fail because they don't understand the REALITIES of whatever business they're trying to start (most often underestimating the operating expenses) and they are too lazy to do "whatever it takes" (i.e. hard work) to succeed.

Good afternoon, just wondering if there's anyone that has started their rental business by buying new construction?

All I do.... 2 hours on Sat AM, 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon (convenient for the church crowd) and occasionally I'll do a weekday evening showing if the interest/submitted applications aren't as great as I would like and if I have a few things to finish up at the property anyway.
