Making that first investment in real estate can feel like a big leap, especially when you're considering factors like your savings, potential risks, and the market conditions.

At what point do you feel is the time to structure a trust for your properties?

Speaking of stocks, it makes everyone feel rich (well the 60%+ of folks who own stocks).

There will be people who say to be weary of it because of turnover or the threat of damage and ruining aspects of the property but if you can tolerate it or find tenants you feel will take care of it well, it could be a good route to go on.

You said you know the market, how do you feel about the value of this property?

However I feel the PM should have notified me early on about the complaints from tenants and non-receipt of rents from the housing authority (it is still a mystery on why the rents have not been received).
