HI Bigger Pockets: I've tried to contact two eviction attorneys in the last week to handle an eviction in DeKalb County  and neither has even returned my call!

I've reached a point to where I am not sure how to handle them anymore.  

In my experience this is something my clients attorneys have handled with the management company for the condo association.

They learn how to handle straight peer-to-peer conventional transactions and tend to work within that box.  

1031's have to be handled very carefully.
