I'm a fresh civil engineering college graduate, and some people (generally men of industry that are 50 years old+) live by the mantra of gaining "experience"  by working at a company.

I will say that if he moved, the bathroom and kitchen would probably need a fresh coat of paint and new hardware to freshen up the place.

Russell Gronsky There are plenty of secure and efficient options for getting your guests checked in/out that do not require a physical presence such as wifi enabled door hardware (LockState) which generates a fresh code for each guest.
