If an agent is working for me I'd of course like to pay them, I just don't see how it's done since i'm not really going through the agent.

I am highly motivated to make this work, and where I know most people get discouraged thinking this is a get rich quick, for me "rich" is making $40k a year signing my own checks.Thank you!

So far it has worked well for me.

Knowing that I wouldn’t meet any of the requirements for other forms of funding (no previous deals & recently self employed) I would consider myself a much higher risk investment then either of you.
