I believe in taking ownership so it comes down to the fact that I probably should have been even harder on the lender and/or withdrew from the deal by the deadline.

The last thing I would want is a tenant calling to complain that the deep freeze went out and wanting me to pay for their 1/2 cow and all the other food in there. 

I would argue that not being able to store my sons only source of food, and with the current formula shortage we aren’t able to pick up any formula.  

@Jason Gilbert I've worked remotely in a small Nebraska town (900 people, largest town in the county, nearest fast food 40 miles away) in the western part of the state for the past 15 years.

Even with a zillion amenities if gas prices keep going up and food prices something has to give.

It is an elderly couple with a fridge full of food, a c-pap and an electric water heater.

Sunshine, access to the outdoors, great food and drink scene.

I wish I had done a thousand things differently in order to be like the successful people who are out here on bigger pockets, but at least I have always had food on the table.
