We've always had the dream of real estate investing but it seemed way too out of reach (still feels a little scary), but I have read a few real estate investing books and feel hopeful and excited to start down the REI road.We live in north county San Diego and are looking to invest out of state, likely the Dayton, OH area.

I’ve had this itch to get into real estate for a long time, but everytime I start to dip my toes in I get the feeling that with prices/rates where there at it’s hard to justify pulling money from risk free 5.5% ?

But you have to be there 10 years consistently after obtaining the proper residency and approved permits AND meet the annual donation requirements, THEN it will be reduced to 5%.However, after reviewing this again,I feel all the other details associated with Act 60 is not really worth my while.

No reason to feel sorry for us u less you feel the STR quota was unfair.

@Gabe Knowles pretty much what @Travis Biziorek said.One of the best ways to succeed in this business is by hiring experts and learning from them so you can do it yourself the right way going forward.Trying to do it yourself and learn as you go, will usually cost you WAY MORE!
