Out of many RE investing strategies out there which-- after looking pluses and minuses of each-- which one in your opinion is the best,  and why ???

Roof is 30 yrs old but structural and foundation is in good conditions and everything else is intact.

When I want to rent out this house, I am thinking of leasing it to an LLC which will have both me and my wife as members and that LLC will be leasing it out to the tenants.

Plus we have 7 offices around Orlando and looking to acquire more next year.

We've seen our area MLS which covers about 20 counties come down to an average sold to list price ratio of 95.1% and Knox county specifically has come to 96.4 % which is lower by about 2% from this time last year and down from our peak this year of 98.5%. but it's about in line from winter 2022 into spring 2023 which was a time when rates were rapidly rising.

Please let me know your experiences and what to expect in terms of cost.Please and thank you!
