I was planning to use the VA loan, but after I was under contract the broker dropped the ball and had me switch to FHA last minute.

They wanted us to get an appraisal to ensure the value hadn't dropped and had some other requirements as well.

Allow water, sewer, trash, and gas bills to be directly in the tenant's name, and attached to the tenant rather than the landlord.

Once POA is in their system you can request any info including change of mailing address from your seller to yours, cancellation of policy, pay off request,etc.If you miss this simple step you may find yourself in hot waters looking for seller's whereabouts, cooperation, etc..

Then they start dropping the price and increasing the discount they will take until the property is sold.

Should I drop the deal?

The city fire dept & an EPA guy will drop by unannounced to do an audit & I think he only got fined once for expired fire extinguishes.
