Pennsylvania Buy&Hold Politics

Politics is in no way nor will it EVER be my favorite topic. Normally I toss out those flyers from the mail or use them as disposable dust pans. Yet its a necessity particularly as a business owner and a homeowner, for that matter. I've been thinking of attending an upcoming meet and greet for financial fitness to present concerns and such held in my area by the State Rep in a few weeks. My intentions aren't to bring any hostilities because I want to work towards getting these concerns addressed and hopefully in time fulfilled. I need some data from my BP family first.

I've noticed a few comments mentioning how Pa. isn't a landlord friendly state. As a former landlord I can't state that I disagree either. Yet I wanted to get some input from those current Pa. landlords as to what steps are needed to move in a better direction that would benefit buy and hold investors. Please leave a detail response with examples, which would be greatly appreciated. Any other concerns that you feel should be addressed within the state of Pa. please share here as well.

Kudos,

Mary
