I don't blame people they simply don't know what they don't know when they start out and then they drink the cool aid..

Tenants are slobs who care for things like they belong to someone else (and not to themselves personally)...Im always getting calls about stove burners, and 100% of the time its because they spilled somethig on it, then it calcified because they aren't capable of cleaning...so as my current round of stoves wears out...I'm pitching them and then the tenant can supply their own fridge and stove.

We can grab a drink or some food and just introduce ourselves to one another.

If the freeloaders are not there when you inspect, but there is still trash and scattered belongings, take photos.

I think most people are looking for a place that they not only belong but feel like they are a part of something not just punching a time clock.Also I would suggest you try and hire on profile of the role using DISC.. i have always been coached and taught that you hire the role not the person base on their profile not what the resume says.
