Great information, over 150+ people to network with, knowledgeable hosts, great format, only $20.  

You can save all your lists again for easy access (although I would save all the criteria on a separate doc stored on your computer or cloud service just in case listsource.com wants to burn all their paying customers again).

I had the privilege of attending the Mobile Home Park Investor's Bootcamp this weekend in Las Vegas, NV (hosted by Frank Rolfe and designed by Frank Rolfe and Dave Reynolds) of Mobile Home University.com and MobileHomeParkStore.com.What a fabulous bootcamp! 

My only concern is when purchasing online products or services such as my book keeping/ property management software or website creation/hosting... all those require credit cards.
