Are there any red flags that come up with him wiring money from his LLC to mine (sole proprietorship for strictly REI) for me to draw on and use as I need/want?

Also you are supposed to have at least 6 months of reserves for investment property so if you did not use these reserves first it is a red flag.

Hey Chris,Being unemployed is going to throw up red flags, even with the past W2 pay.

I can't say much more than what everyone else has already said, except to agree that this would be a huge red flag for me!

I told her it is a red flag if the guy wants to finish the bathroom "in between other jobs".

Note there was no large holes, missing fixtures, or damage to the roof which are huge red flags.But we prayed that we would pass, and it did!
