The city actually requires you to have inspectors come in and approve the property - because it has been vacant for 3 years and now lost it's Certificate of Occupancy - I have an idea of what it is going to take, but from the windows to the walls to the fixtures, switches, plumbing - the works needs to be repaired and I need to do the labor to cut back on labor cost.

I was able to renegotiate a better deal after the inspection, I just received financing approval 10 days ago and we are looking to close on July 7th.

AVG insists I update, yet makes it impossible to find a way to do it.I finally found the free program update, downloaded it, and was told I could not install it because I have eido anti-spyware on my computer.The Eido program has no way to un-install it, but it is an AVG program and assures me I can upgrade it into the newest anti-spyware program from AVG, which is now included in their anit-virus program.You guessed it, The same program that I can't install because I have Eido on the computer, with no way to remove it.

Unless an investor can keep getting their loans underwritten, approved, and serviced by a portfolio lender who isn't demanding everything go through D.U. -- then this just sucks.

No upsells, no hard closes to buy some guru's program, just raw honest info from seasoned investors about what they are doing, where they were doing it and how (in some detail, they can't give away the farm).
