It varies by type of property (apt vs house), but typically you could either look at "for rent" ads to see what other landlords are advertising, call and ask local property management companies in the area, or just ask other landlords here on BP who have rentals in the area that you're interested in.

But again not predicting it but there is the thought process that ( and or good reason) that these are loans that once taken are good until you sell the property etc.. the bank is not going to advertise this fact. you need to read it in the docs and I bet most of the MLO's at the credit unions don't even know what the docs say.. :)

They are advertising that I can get 34% more for my single family homes per month in the better locations than market rent.Seems like a viable option, especially with the Summer coming up and the recent law passed by DC Council.
