That you can achieve success at a higher level without a lot of mission/scope creep.

It's not that you will find a deal right away but you need to know what a deal looks like and that can only be achieved by going through deal after deal after deal.  

Also HML is still a loan that needs to be approved, and it can still fall through for various reasons.Also if I used a line of credit, I would do it as a HELOC, so the rates would be at least half of what you mentioned.  15% is pretty high.  5-6% can certainly be achieved.

Hence in order to get the highest ROI, you need to start from scratch and do all the work yourself (including building a team that will help you achieve your goals).

@Billy Rudasill it is possible to achieve the $100pm NET Cashflow if you look hard enough for the right deal. 

Overall, my goal is to achieve financial independence through the ownership of multiple rental and commercial properties.

Any simple ideas on how to hold title to achieve this?
