Hello BP! I've been passionate about real estate investing for about 2 years+ now, specifically multifamily properties.

I am currently saving as much capital as possible to &$put a down payment on a multifamily property by the time I am 21.

I have a couple questions for yall and would appreciate an answer tank's !

- Effect short term wealth building strategies?

- Any mistakes/Advice you could tell your beginner self?

@Charles Ledet, @Greg Dickerson is right that you have some options to make money and build capital reserves. Another idea to build capital is find a house to live in and house hack with roommates so your cost of living is $0 per month and ideally you collect money each month from roommates. Good luck
