@CHRISTOPHER U. CHARLES  Welcome to BP.  I see you just joined today and have already posted 8 messages just like this one in the last hour, currently all with no responses.  You're not likely to get anyone wanting to write an entire step-by-step business plan for you, even if you dare them. 

A better approach would be to do some research, learn as much as you can, and then come back and ask specific questions that you need answers to so other users can answer those specific questions and fill in the gaps in your knowledge rather than expect them to teach you everything you need to know in one post.
