The range of offerings is great, and no assumptions should be made; you need to ask very specific questions regarding who is to do what.Make sure you check references, and contact other clients that are located remotely to determine if the communication and follow up is adequate.

@Paul Sandhu Maintenance and repairs are only about 40% of the issues I'm referring to. 

There are services that have low minimums of as few as 6 records for skipping at a time and even have a referral program so you can earn credits for referring others.

Is the market rate that you are referring to in your answer the market rate for fixed-rate loans?
