Does anyone have advice on a small bank in The Houston area that will work with someone buying a 60K property?

I'm thinking Houston might be better.

Hello @Perri Kallergis i actually just did that last week here in Houston Texas, we worked with a CPA to set up the LLC. really decent deal from there we set up an account BBVA Compass bank. i have purchased the domain name, and currently working on the website. the whole thing has been really smooth so far. good luck with your next steps.

I agree with our local colleagues,sell.Only use enough of the proceeds to put down a sufficient down payment on a larger home that meets your needs and a comfortable monthly PITI payment.Use the rest to put on down payments for multi family rental properties in great cities like Memphis,Indianapolis,Cleveland,Dallas,Houston,or San Antonio.Think long term profits over time and immediate cash flow

It all started when I bought my first real estate flip from a wholesaler in the Houston area in 2008 for only 15K, this was a property that had no comps, was in very bad shape and turned into a complete money pit after we started the rehab. 

I'm originally from Houston but lived in Ohio for several years which is also where my parents now reside so I feel comfortable in those areas, but am open to other markets.We're hoping to make the best of all the resources and knowledge here on BP!
