My market is mainly college students and I think on balance that I gain more by being around than I loose.

If this person thinks there time is worth $10,000 per day/per student then why are they even bothering doing this class when they must be a billionaire if their time is worth that kind of money.  

Hello all,Do any of you have any experience and advice on providing rentals for student housing?

I have problems where a mentor farms the students to sell off anything (wholesale, flips, SFR or MFU) - - to me, I see that as a conflict of interest.  

Often the same misinformation is spread from Guru to Guru to unsuspecting student.

I'm 27 years old and currently completing an Environmental Tech diploma and am extremely broke (student budget).

I evaluated several properties in the Ypsilanti Ann Arbor corridor that would be good for student housing development and are still affordably priced.  

I am really good at research/learning quickly (straight A college student and honor grad during my military training #1 recruit).

We were out of sync for the student rental season with a  3/1  so we rented to one grad student to get us back on the May rental cycle. 

His girl friend who is going to move in with him got 20 collection account too and many of them from student loan.
