It is actually located directly across the street from a university.  

I am a student in the undergraduate real estate program at the University of North Texas working a project to increase the profitability of a medical office building in Dallas, Tx. 

Currently on my last semester at Plymouth State University and graduating in the spring with a Bachelor's in Business Management/Entrepreneurship.Having grown up seeing first hand the potential of being involved in real estate, I have made it my goal to pursue a career path leading to syndication. 

Thoughts on building an apartment strictly to accommodate University students as real estate investment.

More so in the bagley and university district area.

I know it can seem fruitless but the Universe works in magical ways!

Being near the university also might allow you to pivot to a rental if the flip numbers go south during construction. 

Hi @Kiran Chaudhari,I can only speak for more than my local area which is the home of the University of Illinois and would be classified as a classic Big Ten college town. 

Also, I'm contemplating leaving my hometown, as I've been accepted into Fordham University, Rutgers University in New Brunswick, and the University of South Carolina, and I'm also waiting to hear back from several others.

I am in an excellent school district, right next to the tech hub, right next to the university.
