If either of them were to stay involved, it could cost you money and you would collect less.Send it to collections yourself.

What I mean by that is that paying for leads that get sent to you just because you are paying for them is not smart scale right now, it costs too much for lukewarm.I was on Zillow Flex with my team of 50 for years and crushed it, but we had to kiss a lot of frogs at 35 percent referral fee.

They could even log into the Google email account associated with the account and send questionable emails, upload photos of who knows what to Google photos, etc.. 

So what you need to look at is what are active flippers paying for properties, and what are they paying to rehab them.

I do worry as more and more time goes by, it's going to be hard for me to not lower the offer.

in some markets thats only 3 or 4 transactions.. to me of course I am highly biased because I started as an agent at 18 and got my brokers at 20 and only worked for myself the last 48 years.. having access to MLS and list my own deals more than pays for any over head.
