I think many that start wholesaling have very little knowledge in real estate.

Hi there, I currently house hack and have other investments as well.

I’m here to build and increase my knowledge of real estate investing so that I can start my investing journey.

I am planning to just use an attourney and am in the process of selecting a lender through several brokers.

Expect a spike in mortgage applications (I'm not sure what other lenders are seeing) but we've issued 20+ Pre Quals the past few weeks and the majority of borrower inquiries are very well qualified. 

It wasn't easy going through applicants being that its Atlanta & it's a lot of people applying from other states as well as people that don't reply or want something for nothing.

I offer TLAs in Bad Kreuznach and Wiesbaden as well. 

All those other areas you mentioned are expensive as well.

There is still some seasonal factors but there are enough draws to the area year round to keep the properties stable and renting well!
