I want time to spend with family, time to be there for foster children, time to travel, reduced concerns about how to pay for living.In this post I will have to gloss over how I arrived at the stage of wanting to invest in real estate.

It is time for me to travel out there and start building a team of people that I can work with to begin building my investment portfolio.

Also get a credit card that has travel points and charge everything to it so that you can use them towards visiting property if you have to.  

I am not afraid to travel. 

Ease of travel was my final criteria as I figured I would need to go check up on my places from time to time.I did a lot of recon using Bigger Pockets and that led me to some turnkey companies in many of these locations.  

I have multiple rentals with co-leasees that either don't know each other or know each other and are co-habitating.

Goal: Now that I have a job, I'd like to invest in California (parents are here and my job) / Western Washington since I still travel there for friend purposes. 

I'm in OKC but travel around a lot. 

One guy has 2 German Shepherds; its a relatively small place with a small yard, he travels and would have a roomate stay with him, in a band and has a lot of musical equipment, etc... and the other couple asked me about house parties, smoking, and how many people I would allow to say in the house at any given time. 

The type of insurance brokers that don't try to quote you interior coverage, or the type of mortgage brokers that don't freak out when you tell them that the house is not habitable.
