I have experience trading the futures markets so I'm well aware of how I react to my "greed" and "fear" emotions. 

I know it would be a big trade off in speed for security, and if something happens to the property, you've got all your eggs in one basket, just wondering is anyone was successful with this strategy?

Hey Everyone,My name is Eric and I live in Oceanside NY which is in Nassau County Long Island.I am a banker by trade but after a few short years working in Manhattan for Bloomberg and JPMorgan Chase, I decided I wanted to work for myself and started my own real estate brokerage.

I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and do enjoy it but I will never get rich doing that.

I am looking to start rehabbing homes since my background is construction and it is something that I love but I don't want to be swinging a hammer.

Times were different when I was pre-18 but I remember getting a credit card at 14 without my parents having any idea, no clue how it worked out but I bet I wouldn't have been able to swing it today!

I am a new member located in Tucson.I have a background in the building trades and have recently transitioned to a professional career.I am interested in a realistic inroad to either SFR flip or duplex live / rent.
