Hey, my name is Justin and I am just getting started in real estate investing. I am looking to start rehabbing homes since my background is construction and it is something that I love but I don't want to be swinging a hammer. I am not looking to wholesale properties but do want to find a few good wholesalers to start working with to find my first deal. I am located northeast of Houston and so would ideally like to find a deal in the north/northeast portion of Houston. If anyone knows a few good wholesalers in the area please give me a shout.
