Meditation is a part of that, but research and study quieting the mind.  

I've been studying that entire area at large since I looked at the property you had for wholesale down on 25th St; I really wanted that house, but I was concerned about that ugly white building across from it.

I did not study and take my test and all my CE for the 3 states I have brokers licenses in and my NMLS mortgage bankers license to have to compete with newbies with no training and no licenses.

The real estate broker's license was the really time-consuming part. 150 hours of study - at least!

I've been studying, researching and saving for a little over a year now, and I feel the time is right for me personally and I'm intent on moving on something rather quickly.

It takes a lot out of you too if you can't handle pressure and all the complaints but if you can handle all that then you will be fine just know how to be organized, delegate work, deal with tenant relations, retention & all other areas of PM,plus do your homework and study up on all the forms and sign up to be a member at your local Apartment Association.

; )   Also, the wineries close at 5pm (except for the ones that have restaurants and music)  so Rancho California can get busy during that time and you may find yourself having to time when to leave or come home.
