Start there, because you need a strong foundation.

Every investor is different, but I wouldn't consider a project if there was strong cash-flow, unless there was an absolute clear and concise plan to quickly stabilize the property and increase cash flow.

Stay strong and don't lose confidence, tough times weed out the weak and leave plenty of opportunity for those who can hold on.

Most companies have a limit of what they're able to offer.Some companies have a commercial type of policy they can move the policies to, but not all.There are companies who have a strong appetite for investors and there are also specific rental property programs available.

You must develop a strong mindset in order to make it into real estate.

I recommend and use contractors that have the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor.You're only as strong as your weakest link ... select your partners wisely.Hope this helps!
