I hear people say they bought their first property, maybe they say they bought it with cash or some sort of financing, but I never really see any numbers that go along with it.I currently have $25k saved in the bank. 

They bought the property to "give back to the lower class."

You can also rent dehumidifier from your local hardware store or simply buy one to keep your property dry.Before winter season hits, make sure you are prepared!

After closing fees, Commission, I netted $29,400 which the title company screwed up and told me 31k just the day before...annoyed at this point.I bought another house for $212,000 doing a double close same day, the note is for $208,160 @ 5% interest, not the greatest but with two businesses my credit score has taken a hit significantly.

Other brands are just as good or better. 

I'm brand new to the real estate scene but I figured with the way the economy is it maybe a good time to at least check it out and see what it has to offer.

If there are things of real value, I might look to store it for 30 days (take pictures of EVERYTHING) before finding an alternative way to get rid of the items.

I have not bought my first property yet, so for those of you that have, how accurate is this rule of thumb?
