I will continue to pursue seller financing with this deal and believe a Wrap-a-round Mortgage may be the best option.

There HAS to be someone interested in this property as it has a backyard semi-private lake (fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boating and swimming year round) and is in an unzoned area for expansions, businesses etc.  24 hour shopping within 5 miles.
