@David CozziMost any IRA provider you choose to work with will be a quality organization. 

Personally I have spoken to someone who does photography as a hobby and has put some photos online and done a few photo shoots about taking pictures of my properties as they become available so I will have good quality pictures for advertising purposes as I think this does make a difference.

It's my goal to get quality & quick work done and to make sure they're paid promptly. 

In regards to market to invest, the Midwest is a great market for cash flow but the quality of life can be lower compared to the coasts/warm environments (that’s coming from someone who grew up on the ocean but moved to Ohio for school and stayed for rental investing).
