Make sure you keep track of your mailers and general progress using some sort of CRM.

I don't think it has to be elaborate, but at a minimum, a landing page so prospects can leave their Name/E-mail/Phone # to get on an e-mail subscription list, and then you can regularly update about the investors on your progress.

To make a long story short, I would like to show my progress and then gain advice on personal conflict and maneuvers I can make to have this endeavor become prosperous.

So I'm just wrapping up the finishing touches on my first campaign out in Atlanta GA and I just wanted to share my journey and use this as a place to keep everyone posted on the progress as things move along.

The boy's very young and this is a good time to go on a househacking adventure, before your family grows more and it becomes progressively more difficult.This is not, at least in my limited view, the very best time to buy that sort of small multifamily property.

I think we made pretty good progress on how to value properties, what to look for in which market etc but taxes are a black box and I don't even know where to start.

I had purchase this with an FHA 203k reno loan and it has been a nightmare with the progress.
