Need Help with mortgage or exit strategy!!!
Hi Everyone.... I have a multi family located in the short north, Columbus Ohio. I had purchase this with an FHA 203k reno loan and it has been a nightmare with the progress. Long story short.... The property is gutted inside so its like a shell with brick walls and a roof. We had finally got zoned properly from the city for a 3 unit and then our original contractor abandoned the project.
So with the timelines we couldn't find another contractor to continue the project with the renovations and currently have it up for sale. The 203k portion has been put back to our loan but monthly mortgage is the same.
My question... is there any way to refinance this for lower monthly payments? is there any other exit strategies? Is there anyone who's interested in a 3 unit multi-family with architect drawings?
