Tim,First, sure looks like you have way too much on your plate and there's a thought to pass on this one and catch up and/or delegate some of your responsibilities to others.

Oh also it’s crunch time because of the questions is as asking my wholesaler he was able to catch onto my plans for separation and new construction leading him to pass that info to other investors.
