This is part 2 of my question/issue of not getting an appraisal back yet on the sale of our mobile home (on land) even after the buyers paid $700 for an expedited appraisal.So my real estate agent contacted an attorney friend of hers to see what the options are and he told her that in Austin, mobile home loans are taking every bit of 60 days to close! 

Our group is composed of local, out-of-state, SFR, MF, live/work, mobile home park, office, and retail investors, developers, etc. 

I was wondering if any of the groups have discussions about mobile home park investing?

I have a mobile home park under contract in Kansas and am looking for a Broker or Institute that is interested in these types of loans.

also if anyone has any recommendations for a good real estate attorney in Baldwin or Mobile county Alabama that would be great. the one I am using right now is not terrible she just does not communicate with me very well. hardly at all really.  

I have a 5 spot mobile home park in a small town in Montana.

With think two units vacant quickly and having to spend money and time renovating both can be a disaster if you don't have the proper reserves...holding costs, upfront  costs, and risks such as 1 out of the 2 being a bad tenant. lol it seems like my font increased in size....I don't know how to change it back from a mobile
