I doubt there’s an adult with a credit score over 600 points within a 3 miles radius of my properties lol the reality is you have to learn to “make money in the mess “ there are certain people groups who pose a greater risk to your business and as a good business owner you must learn how to reduce risk ,mitigate loss ,and use the law of averages to find the best tenants .
