Its always good to be able to talk with someone that has held the property under their ownership. 

I am looking to get an open wood porch (or perhaps metal).  

Are they all held responsible as a group so if 1 party bails the other need to make the rent?

30% of my funds held for final punch is ridiculous even my government contracts only hold 5-10% depending on the "complexity" of the job, and it is released 30 days after they give me the notice of completion.  

This is a perfect example why EM should never be held by the seller.

I also state what their rent is and the amount of the security deposit along with where it will be held (state law here) just so everyone is on the same page.  

This way I could retain full ownership of the business without being held captive by a principal, and I could change principals at any time. 

FHA does not impose a minimum length of time a borrower must have held a position of employment to be eligible for a mortgage.

It’s been tough dealing with losing our home, and oftentimes I wonder if there could have been a way to have held on to it.
