Question about Arms Length Addendum

home, and it was the home that I settled in with my wife. It was also the first place that my kids called home. I realize that I became another statistic of the times, as so many people were going through hardships and losing their homes. It’s been tough dealing with losing our home, and oftentimes I wonder if there could have been a way to have held on to it. As it turns out, the person who purchased our home was an out of state investor! Go figure.

The thought of someday buying the home back, has crossed my mind. However, this experience has taught me about the "Arms Length Addendum". In short as many of you know, that could never happen. I can't help but wonder though… if such an opportunity ever became available, would it be possible to purchase the property as an LLC?... The question is better suited for an attorney, but wanted to know if anyone has seen this done.
