Ultimately, I'd like to get to the point with investing where I don't need to have a full-time corporate job.I look forward to meeting people on here and gaining the knowledge to become a very successful investor. 

Finding a realtor at one of the meetings may be best as they clearly have interest in investing or working with investors.Check meet-up dot com or search for real estate meetings online.  

Secondly, go to all meet ups in your area and make connections and see if there is a seasoned investor willing to mentor you in exchange for work.

I go and meet with my team whenever needed and  I can  trust them.

I would love to meet you all and compare notes.  

If you're going to be in Augusta this week, I'd suggest hitting the local REIA meeting to meet some investor friendly agents and local investors in person.  

I'm planning to meet with realtors and contractors in the coming weeks to start building our dream team.
