Hello, I'm co-founder of the Harmon Development Group. My partner and I took a class in April and after a few months focusing on other priorities we are ready to get started investing. We will focus most of our energy on rehabs/flips but we intend to add a rental property to our portfolio every year as well. Any tips for getting started would be awesome! I'm planning to meet with realtors and contractors in the coming weeks to start building our dream team.  What should I ask? Any best demonstrated practices welcome!! Thanks!!
