Mark,My understanding is it is a law that the buyer gets to chose the title company.

There used to be 4 boxes above the first top notification box: One all the way to the left that read "All notifications (X)",                                                              another all the way to the right there was a "gear" icon,                                                                   to the left of that was "delete all read",                                                                                        & to the left of that "Mark all as read".
