hey, just looking for any recommendations for general contractors in the Quad cities area (rock island, Davenport, moline, Bettendorf).

It's also next to a freeway.Any pointers on what to look for when I visit to make sure its not too loud?

I have possibly found one but I don't want to rock the boat with the lender on this one, so I am holding off and waiting until this one gets to closing before contacting the owner of this other one.It has a lot of indicators that the owner either doesn't have the funds to repair it or doesn't care to do anything for it.  

I'm in the Little Rock area frequently.
