Recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad for extra credit for an investing class.  I immediately realized that my extensive background in construction could be a huge asset to me in investing in real estate.  I've since read multiple books and have listened to quite a few of the BP podcasts.  Looking forward to interacting and learning from like minded people!

I am located in the Central Arkansas area where we have an active and thriving Real Estate Investors Association. Unfortunately, I don't know many investors in your area but if you are ever able to make a meeting up this way then you should.
