Don't let them freak you out too much. although to be brutally frank.. wholesaling varies greatly by location and area.. and access to older inventory and burnt out landlords and areas that are declining or there are like Detroit  Philly Baltimore and other areas.. literally thousands of vacant homes. this is target rich environment for wholesalers.. some areas there simply is not nearly enough inventory or access to distressed assets to sustain the legion of folks that think wholesaling is as easy as sending out a few letters .. when in fact I cant think of any thing harder than to be a successful wholesaler.
