I’m going to be at David Greene’s breakout session on Monday

BiggerPockets community / Long distance investors / @David Greene :)If you were making a decision to invest in a new market, are there any PEOPLE that would provide more helpful and valuable information than google, zillow, rentometer, etc?

Around the holidays, we are writing 30, but out lender has given us a green light of 21 days.Any advice or tips to find a property, other than “be patient”?

If you do not trust them, or they are green, as real estate operators it can get sticky getting on the same page making decisions. 

I plan on house hacking this property until I am ready for the next deal.I am very green and want to learn as much as I possibly can regarding real estate.

I yanked old green (mint green) carpet off my steps, found nice treads.

Highly recommend @David Greene 's book, Long-Distance Real Estate Investing if you plan on investing out of state and using the BRRRR strategy.  

I agree with Jonathan Green on everything, the only problem is house prices are declining and becoming harder to sell. 

It's only been 5 months since I stumbled upon bigger pockets but I feel like @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner and @David Greene are friends I've known for years with the amount of hours I have spent with them on podcasts over these past few months.

In this case, it comes off you are very "green" because its the wrong question you should be asking.
