Merry Christmas BP family!!!  It's only been 5 months since I stumbled upon bigger pockets but I feel like @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner and @David Greene are friends I've known for years with the amount of hours I have spent with them on podcasts over these past few months. I am just so impressed with how amazing this community is and I'm proud to be a new member of it. Looking forward to contributing more and more as I grow in my real estate investing career.
