When Im doing commercial, Im actually just passing off a lot of the paper work to the lawyers to do, so on the paperwork side commercial ends up being easier for me.That being said...this goes I think for residential...the failure rate for the industry is 87%.

I believe getting a few more Rentals would show myself that I took a step to the next level, just to show that I failed on my first rental, took those failures and redid my process, adjusted my Team to include better experts and people who are trying to help me but I know how to Trust and Verify now, and after a fail I moved past analysis paralysis and self doubt.

I can almost guarrantee that something will happen within 10yrs or less (failure and foreclosure, or selling the house and paying you off etc) so 30 yrs will never be your actual term.DF said +/- per my recollection, no need to use an LMLO on your first ever loan, but there after you need to use an LMLO.

The level of reporting these days is abysmal and someone with 20 open warrants well if they are out 10 were probably failure to appear.
