actually as for guru's  this is not for everyone actually very few can do it.. but if you do there can be some big money in what Cody teaches.. which is basically how to get land tied up get it entitled then flip to a builder.. 

@Mike Mutabazi please tell us you're NOT another newbie that thinks they figure out an investment angle that everyone else here on BP somehow missed!

If everyone was educated in this I think people would make drastically different decisions in almost all aspects of life.
