Did I lose track of your properties?

I will be confirming those numbers with the subcontractors before accepting the position and put my own scope of work in place to track against.

I spent many years as what is called dual status soldier in the military reserves.

A bit of work, but I also have a database I built in Access that tracks all my rents and expenses, so that makes it a lot easier. 

They would use one operational account, but they would keep track of each transaction (both income and expenses) and link them to a specific customer.

He said he does not publicize his RE endeavors because he does not want to come off "guru-ish", fair enough because there is enough regurgitated and repacked info out there.. but vaguely stating you own many properties and have done millions in transactions gives me little to go on in terms of legitimizing a track record.

I figured if I go ahead and do the leg work now and put together a quick reference list of cost effective items that will enhance the quality of my rental, it will save me time and money later when needing to do the actual renovations/updates.I'm tracking that markets/locations can vary with styles as well as people's personal preferences etc.Does anyone have a list that they wouldn't mind sharing of what particular items have been your go to when updating your units?
